In case of any conflict between this Disclaimer and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall prevail. By browsing, ordering or purchasing any elevator and escalator spare parts on this website, you fully acknowledge, understand and agree to all clauses below. 

1. Product Description & Parameter Disclaimer 

All pictures, specifications, part numbers, dimensions and matching models of elevator and escalator spare parts displayed on this site are for reference only. Original manufacturers may adjust product design, part codes and appearance without prior notice. We do not guarantee that all information is 100% error-free, complete or updated in real time.

The buyer shall fully verify product compatibility with their passenger elevator, freight elevator, escalator or moving walk equipment before installation. We shall not be liable for equipment breakdown, safety hazards or losses caused by mismatched spare parts due to insufficient pre-installation verification by the buyer. 

2. No Installation, Inspection & Regional Compliance Certification Services Provided 

Product certification standards and mandatory access documents vary widely from country to country. Our business scope is limited to the sales of elevator and escalator maintenance components only.
1)We DO NOT provide on-site installation, equipment maintenance, technical commissioning, on-site safety testing or official regulatory inspection application services.
2) We DO NOT provide EU CE certificates, EU Declaration of Conformity, Mexico NOM mandatory certification, test reports or any market access compliance documents required by any destination country/region.
3)The buyer shall independently complete all regional certification, customs clearance, safety filing and regulatory compliance procedures required for importing spare parts into the EU, Mexico or other countries.
4) Any customs detention, fines, market sales bans, equipment inspection failures or legal penalties arising from missing CE, NOM or other mandatory regional certifications shall be borne solely by the buyer. We shall not compensate for any related economic losses or legal liabilities. 

3. Professional Installation & Maintenance Risk Notice (Compliant Revised) 

All spare parts sold here are special safety components for elevators, escalators and moving walks. All installation, disassembly, debugging, maintenance and replacement work must be completed by licensed, certified professional elevator & escalator technicians, strictly following official installation manuals and local special equipment safety codes.

Any installation, refitting or maintenance carried out by unqualified amateur, DIY personnel or unlicensed workers will void all product warranties. The buyer shall bear full liability for all risks arising from improper, non-professional installation and unauthorized modification of components, including equipment failure, property loss and personal injury.

This clause only clarifies risk allocation for improper operation by the buyer. It shall not exclude or limit our statutory liability for personal injury or death directly caused by inherent manufacturing defects of our products, in accordance with local product liability laws. 

4. Unauthorized Modification & Misuse Exemption 

Our spare parts are only applicable to elevator, escalator and moving walk brands & models clearly marked on product pages. Buyers are prohibited from cutting, altering, refitting spare parts or assembling them with incompatible third-party components.

Any equipment malfunction, safety accident, passenger fall, mechanical jamming or fire hazard caused by arbitrary refitting, overload operation, improper use or cross-matching elevator & escalator parts shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer. We disclaim all compensation liabilities for related losses arising from buyer’s improper operation. 

5. Periodic Inspection Obligation 

After replacing any elevator or escalator spare parts, the buyer must organize regular official safety inspections in accordance with local regulatory requirements. Failure to complete mandatory periodic inspections shall not shift safety accident liabilities to our company. 

6. Limitation of Liability (Split Compliance Version) 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable local laws: 

1) We shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, equipment downtime, labor repair costs, arising out of or related to the purchase, installation or use of elevator & escalator spare parts, even if we have been informed of the possibility of such losses in advance.

2) This liability limitation clause does NOT apply to personal injury, death or damage caused by our intentional act or gross negligence, as prohibited by the product liability laws of the EU, Mexico and other jurisdictions. No contractual clause may exclude or restrict compensation for personal injury caused by defective products. 

7. Third-Party Logistics & Customs 

We are not responsible for delays, loss, damage or customs duty disputes caused by international logistics carriers, customs clearance inspection or local import regulations. All risks during international transportation shall be borne by the buyer after goods leave our warehouse. 

8. No Professional Engineering & Safety Consulting 

All website content is only general spare parts sales information, and does not constitute professional elevator, escalator engineering, safety assessment or technical consulting advice. If you need professional engineering safety guidance, please consult a local certified special equipment engineering institution. 

9. Revision of Disclaimer 

We reserve the right to revise and update this Disclaimer at any time without separate notification to buyers. The updated version shall take effect immediately after being published on the website.
