Two shipping options are available for shipments to the United States, Canada and Mexico:

1. Free shipping applies to selected items.
2. For other goods delivered to the US, Canada and Mexico, product price andshipping cost will be listed separately at checkout.

Shipments to all other countries are sent by EMS by default. Should you require faster commercial courier services, please contact our customer service.

Special reminder for Mexico: Buyers must provide valid Mexican tax ID (RFC) for customs clearance. Shipments cannot be processed without a valid RFC number.

All destinations follow the same liability terms below: Whether shipped free of charge or with freight payable, all shipping rates only cover international transport costs up to the destination port. All local charges incurred at the destination shall be borne solely by the buyer, including but not limited to import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, demurrage surcharges and port storage fees arising from delayed customs clearance or pickup on the buyer’s part.
